2nd Vote takes a 2nd Look at Worldwide Olympic sponsor Panasonic, the sole provider of audio, television, and video equipment.
Panasonic has been a worldwide sponsor of the Games since the Calgary Winter Olympics in 1988. They are the sole provider of audio, television, and video equipment. For the 2014 Winter Games, Panasonic will provide 6,903 security cameras systems (the most in Olympic history), 4,993 TV monitors, audio systems at 16 Olympic venues and over 9 million square feet of LED large screen displays.
Panasonic is also the official supplier of “home appliances” for the Olympic venues, Villages, and Olympic Committee offices providing roughly 5,000 household appliances.
